1.duplicate ur base twice

2.set the first duplicate to screen at 50% opacity

3.set the second duplicate to soft light at 45% opacity

4.go to layer > new adjustment layer > selective color

Reds:

C:-100
M: 0
Y: 100
B: 0

Yellows:

C: 100
M: 0
Y:-100
B: 0

Neutrals:
C: 16
M: 0
Y:-8
B: 0

5. go to layer > new adjustment layer > hue/saturation

Master:

Saturation: 16

6.go to layer > Flatten image

7.go to Image > Adjustments > Variations


Under Midtones select More Cyan > More Blue *make sure the color level is in the

middle of Fine and Coarse*

8.go to layer > new fill layer > solid color

Fill it with #02258A [or any dark blue] at exclusion at 20%

9.go to layer > new adjustment layer > selective color
