yesterday, me and my classmates were hanging out at a fastfood joint near our school before heading off for home.one classmate brought out an invitation from a friend's 18th birthday or what is known to us as a debut party.while she and prinsesita_dada  were havinf fun finding grammatical errors in the invitation, the other classmates talked about another classmate's debut party that later this month.yes, i know. A LOT OF DEBUT PARTIES! specially for this year since most of the people in my high school and college friends are turning 18 this year.not all celebrated their 18th birthdays like those of formal princessy like parties, but a lot of them did.of course you know that i didn't do something like that.for this month, i'll be going to three debuts. one on the 9th, 16th and 22nd.for the year, i think i already went to 3 debuts.i was either busy or too lazy to attend the others.so back to the fastfood joint story.. while the girls were talking about the 18 roses, the ball gowns, the performances, the themes.. it suddenly got to me.. 'WHY DIDN'T I WANTED TO HAVE A DEBUT?!' i messaged my mom saying 'ma, i want to have a debut' even if i know that my 18th birthday already passed earlier this year.she didn't reply.

so why didn't i wanted to have a debut?

as i remember, these were my reasons:
1. waste of money
2. waste of time
3. i do not like boring parties like that
4. a laptop is already fine
5. some people won't be able to come anyway
6. my dad won't be home at that time
7. I WON'T ENJOY IT
8. i just don't like being a girly girl

but yesterday night, all of these thoughts changed.this list was beaten by 'IT'S A ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE!' that my other classmate was repeatedly saying.

oh my...

i thought, 'AM I TOO LATE???'

so what i'm thinking now, is to have a debut..on my 19th birthday.
though it's not the usual 18th birthday, it will be more meaningful since that will be my last 'teen' birthday.the next one will be my 20th, which i'm still not ready for by the way.maybe another reason why i didn't wanted to have a debut in my 18th was because i still couldn't accept the fact that i AM already an adult.i kept on thinking that i'm still not ready for such big responsibilities. i thought that there are still things in life that i need to learn and to experience. but, do i really need to be ready? do i really need to be a self actualized person to experience this? i may be still in the process of discovering who i am and who i want to be, but doing a debut party will be a great way for me to celebrate the wonderful years i spent with the wonderful people in my life; doing a debut party doesn't have to mean that i should be fully matured.

so, what do i do now?

i will ask my parents if they can grant this wish of mine.i hope they can make it come true.^^

happppppy 18th bday to strawberryrab!!!!!!!!

last night, we celebrated my dad's 50th birthday. since this is one of those very rare opportunities for us to celebrate his birthday when he is actually with us[he's always out of the country], my mom called up everyone in the family.it turned out to be a birthday celebration and a family reunion at the same time. most of the guests were our relatives from the father side because those of my mom's are in far away places while my dad's are just around the manila area.

my cousins were also there, the younger ones. those of my age were too busy so they couldn't make it. i was assigned with the task of taking pictures of the guests,i agreed of course, i love doing those kind of things.there were three kids who i couldn't stop taking pictures of, one of them is this very cute little boy. his smile was really cute!!! i bet this kid will grow up to be a heartthrob someday, i can't wait to see him after 20 years...my god, i'll probably be a mother myself by that time.

i was watching KBS this afternoon where they had a segment about two mothers setting up their kids. the little boy was confined in a hospital because he broke his arm or something. they left the little girl with the boy to eat the food. they got really close in just a few minutes that i was all 'awwwwwwwww, that is so sweet!!!'..considering the little boy named Juhwan looked a lot like Yoochun!XDD when it was time for Minju, the little girl, to go..Juhwan showed how upset he was. But Minju kissed his plastered arm that made Juhwan smile and finally say 'I LOVE YOU' to her before she could close the door. he said it to her for 3 times i think. awwwwwwwww, i wish i had a childhood love story like that!

i wonder how it feels like to have a baby? i can't wait.
but first, i have to wait for the future daddy of my future baby.

my dad's 50th bday is coming up and my mom with their friends are organizing a surprise bday party for him.HAPPY BIRTHDAY PAPA!!! 

edit: there's a cheering competition in our school so teams have been practicing all over the campus. i heard one team's cheering music and was surprised to hear ARASHI.XDDD omg, arashi = cheering ???? and you know what song? KITTO DAIJOUBU.XDDDDDD even if i wanted to include my fandom in our team's cheering music [the team asked me to blend the songs for them], i didn't. the songs were all techno and fast like whoaaaaaaaaaa! i hope our team wins tomorrow!

i just got home from one of the most extravagant 1st birthday parties i've ever attended in my entire life.
she had a huge pink 3 layer cake, a coooolll puppet show[which i actually dreamed of seeing one before i die], and the host was tacchon TWEETY!!!!!!

my neice is so gonna be spoiled when she grows up.

and i just discovered through the puppet show that swiper in dora the explorer is a freakin fox..i thought it was a windshield wiper!XDDD swiper, no swiping!!!*can you tell that it's my first time to watch dora? and it's live!*

im dead tired.seriously.

me and my sister went shopping today and man did i shop.XD i only brought a little amount of the birthday money my dad gave to me that was left after he bought my laptop, which i have to wait for for 2 months.TT__TT

 
i had to buy this the minute i saw it. i've been looking for a siliar one since last month but i the ones that i find are not that good, or they dont fit me well. the chinese owner of the store was having fun dressing me up with this and the tie below.she asked if i was chinese [T_T i fail, i try my best to appear japanese but people always mistake me for chinese or korean], but on my mother's side i think we have chinese blood.going back to the top, it totally reminds me of kanjani8.XDDDD


OH! i almost forgot! there was this guy who REALLY REALLY REALLY looked like that guy in super junior...i forgot his name though..the funny chubby guy.i was saying 'what the hell is he doing here?' coz even the hair was the same!!!
